Barry Koon, Broker in Charge of Lane Properties, is a former Magistrate who served Newberry County for many years. A talented and versatile real estate professional, Barry is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate buying and selling process. He enjoys helping families and individuals find the right home and the best possible financing available. He is a part-time Municipal Judge for the cities of Newberry, Prosperity and Whitmire, a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, a member of the Prosperity Masonic Lodge, Newberry York Rite, Hejaz Shrine and formerly on the Governor's South Carolina Procurement Review Panel. Lee Attaway lives in Little Mountain with his wife, Tina, and three sons, Will, Alex, and Lane. A native of Newberry, he has been in the law enforcement field for most of his career and truly enjoys assisting people with their needs. He is an active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Little Mountain, serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina School Board Association, and is presently the Chairman of the Newberry County Board of Education. James is a native of Newberry where he attends both St. Phillip's Lutheran and Lewis Methodist Churches. Growing up with an influence from the church and participating in Boy Scouts of America has given him great values. He treasures family and friends and loves spending time with them. He also enjoys the outdoors and looks forward to riding his motorcycle and playing with his dog when he can.
