We are different from other real estate companies. The majority of our agents have lived and worked in the greater Newberry area for most of their lives and what happens in the community matters to us.

In order to become a licensed real estate agent in the state of South Carolina, a 60 hour course is required, along with a state exam. Once you have passed the state exam (it’s a two part test with one section on South Carolina real estate law and one section on general real estate knowledge), you will receive a provisional sales license that is valid for one year. (You must choose a real estate company for which you wish to work before the license will be activated.)
